The starting figure
Our full garden clearances start from £380. That covers the two-man team for the day, the tools, bagging and loading, and removal of the waste to a licensed site. Most terraced and semi-detached gardens in Ealing, Acton or Chiswick are cleared in a single day at or near that figure.
What pushes the price up
Four things: the size of the garden, how long it has been left, what is in it, and access. Years of brambles, ivy and self-seeded trees take longer to cut and produce far more waste than overgrown grass. Sheds, decking, old fencing, rubble and soil are heavier and cost more to dispose of than green waste. A garden only reachable through the house takes longer because everything is carried out in bags.
Skip or van?
For most clearances the waste goes in our van, bagged, and that is included. For very large or rubble-heavy jobs a skip is cheaper per tonne; we arrange it, tell you the cost up front and load it ourselves.
What is included
Cutting back and removing all vegetation you want gone, digging out roots where needed, dismantling and removing sheds or fencing if asked, lifting old artificial grass or paving, bagging and removing everything, and a final sweep. Turf, planting or new fencing can be quoted at the same time so the garden is finished rather than just empty.
Getting an accurate quote
Send three or four photos on WhatsApp: the whole garden from the house, the worst corner, the access route and anything heavy like a shed. We reply with a price range the same day and confirm it on site before we start. There is no call-out charge.
